Executive- Store

Job Description

1) Maintain accurate stock levels of raw materials ,FG and SFG. 2) Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts. 3) Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) principles are followed. 4) Supervise unloading, labelling, and proper stacking of raw materials. 5) Ensure safe and organized storage as per material type and safety norms. 6) Maintain hygiene and housekeeping in the store area. 7) Record all inward and outward entries in ERP or Inventory Management System. 8) Generate GRN (Goods Receipt Note), issue slips, and stock reports. 9) Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance. 10) Co-ordination with procurement, quality, and production teams to ensure timely material availability. 11) Follow up with suppliers for delivery schedules, shortages, or damage claims. 12) Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies. 13) Ensure proper tagging, batch tracking, and material traceability. 14) Support internal and external audits like ISO & GMP
